Shipping Information
ENVISION is able to deliver to several countries worldwide. We will automatically provide a tracking number for all packages.
Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and transferred. Note that the delivery time is equal to the delivery time of your respective country plus 2-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment’s tracking information, allowing you to trace the progress of your delivery.
Please note: the tracking information might be updated online one (1) business day after your order has been shipped.

Our delivery methods only allow us to reach the Contiguous USA.

Shipping Fees and Taxes
Delivery costs are borne by the customer and are automatically billed according to the delivery area in the final payment interface.
Regarding the tax issue, there is no taxes for shipping in mainland China. If customs duties are incurred, they will be paid by the customer according to local customs policy.

* The above transportation time is used as an average reference time for most of the orders, excluding inspection time by customs if any or other special events, such as natural accidents, congestion, and other uncontrollable factors.

Shipping Notice
When you place an order, please be aware to enter the correct name, address, and contact information such as phone number etc so that we can deliver your items successfully.

We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. ENVISION orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed.
If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
